Is it possible to use a wireless USB MPG with directly with Dynomotion software without going through software such as Mach3/4?

KMotionCNC doesn't support USB MPG's (Actually Mach3/4 are not supported either using our Motion Control Plugin).

We recommend the MPG to be wired to KFLOP for guaranteed real-time response.

KMotionCNC does provide basic support for a Gamepad (wired or wireless) but because USB and Windows is involved it will not always have real-time response.  See:
